4. Publish results

4.1 Vis-à-vis management

It's important to regularly publish a summary of exploration progress. A graph like the one above, with a few comments, will reassure your management. It will demonstrate that your intrapreneurial expeditions are under control. An intrapreneurial approach can scare off managers whose mental model is purely focused on exploitation. This is particularly the case when the "risk" dimension is evoked, generating a fear of the "letting go" necessary for exploratory success.

In this way, you'll demonstrate that you monitor and interpret developments, and make or propose decisions that are sometimes difficult, but necessary.
