What's the right number of people for an eco-innovation session?
6 to 10 selected participants seem to be a good compromise for a multidisciplinary eco-innovation working group. With fewer than 6 participants, there is a risk that there will not be enough discussion, and that all the stakeholders and the real complexity of the system over its life cycle will not be sufficiently represented. Above 10, the workshop is likely to be unmanageable and, above all, time-consuming, with no doubt an inequitable distribution of the floor.
How can we integrate the viewpoints of people from outside the company?
