6. Link selected projects to ACIs
In order to facilitate the monitoring and management of selected projects in their development and subsequent implementation, a simple and effective method lies in the use of Key Environmental Performance Indicators (KEPI).
Although some ACIs can be defined during the workshop and the remaining 30 minutes, we advise you to predefine several beforehand, in line with the environmental assessment carried out beforehand and the company's strategy with regard to its eco-innovation approach.
