2. Identifying and selecting the right stakeholders for eco-innovation

The success of your eco-innovation process depends not only on the eco-innovation phase itself (with its two stages of eco-ideation and eco-selection), but also on the phases upstream (environmental assessment of a reference situation and constitution of a multidisciplinary working group, preparation of the workshop) and downstream (development and follow-up of the selected eco-ideas). The results of the eco-ideation and eco-selection phases are primarily conditioned by the participants in the eco-innovation workshop. It is therefore essential that this multi-disciplinary working group be set up with method and care.
