INTRODUCTION
It's often difficult to bring together the various stakeholders and experts involved in the design, development or life-cycle phases of one of your systems (products or services) with the aim of improving its environmental performance. Indeed, bringing them together around a table for several hours or days can prove tricky, given their respective time constraints and the associated costs.
To ensure that these stakeholders are only involved for half a day, and that they participate effectively, this fact sheet will guide you through the organization of a time-saving workshop that can lead to highly satisfying results in terms of eco-innovation. It presents and details the procedure for a time-efficient eco-innovation workshop, given that the entire event takes place in three hours.
