2. Data processing

The processing flow of data arriving in random order must be channeled into six phases, which will enable :

• understand what you're getting into;

• act, decide, keep the tempo ;

• draw up a short-term action plan ;

• control the action plan ;

• ensure business continuity (role of the other structure) ;

• communicate simplicity and consistency.

A crisis unit is an instrument at the service of a decision-maker, an instrument that takes into account incoming information, structures it and gives it coherence. This same tool must be able to disseminate outgoing information and decisions.
