5. Create strong links with key functions in your company
Because being an intrapreneur imposes a certain number of duties on your organization, your intrapreneurs can't do just anything. They do, however, need to be responsive, and depending on functions or departments can be a real drag. Building strong links with a number of your organization's support functions can help address this problem, by preparing the ground and facilitating access to these key functions.
Everyone is free to make their own list, but as a general rule, we'd like to stress the importance of the following functions:
human resources for rapid recruitment or in the event of a spin-off, for example;
communication (see above);
legal, as intrapreneurs will have to sign documents such as confidentiality agreements or contracts;...
