The incubator will need to be autonomous in a certain number of back-office functions to enable explorations to progress as quickly as possible, notably without too many strings attached, as is generally the case in large organizations.

3.1 Communication

Intrapreneurial teams feel the need to communicate very early on, and so adequate communications support quickly proves necessary, if not essential. They generally cover a wide range of skills: from product or even brand name research, to support for legal filing, but also to very concrete actions such as document production, the creation of digital media (such as LinkedIn) and videos.
