The second step is to map these elements and the subsequent steps. This work is essential if you are to master your expertise context.

The mapping grid is formatted according to the know-how structure of the perimeter under consideration, with the following axes:

  • Processes, activities (e.g. project stages, business practices and methods stages).

  • Professions/areas of expertise (e.g. project management, design, calculation, testing, finance, purchasing, etc.).
