3. Identify the skills of the "Expertise" sector

The definition of the experts' career frame of reference is based on :

  • the nomenclature of the company's skills and professions ;

  • the reference framework for defining and assessing the level of these skills for the company's players;

  • the definition of the existing "Management" stream.

The figure below illustrates how a skills nomenclature can be defined. The idea is to identify the tasks required to carry out the activities of the company's processes and/or a business unit. These missions make it possible to identify the skills and levels of competence required to carry out the tasks. By grouping together the tasks and skills required, we can define the scope of our business lines.
