Once you've defined your objectives, you can then select the associated key competencies. These are intrapreneurial skills, and only intrapreneurial skills:

• develop an intrapreneurial posture and analyze your profile to get to know yourself better, in order to surround yourself with the best people;

• define your persona(s), focus on customer issues and work with others to build a differentiating value proposition expected by the market;

• adopt the approaches and methods of successful entrepreneurs (effectuation, lean start-up, new generation business models, etc.);

• carry out tests in agile mode to evaluate and validate the business model ;
