4. Build one or more training paths
Once the skills have been defined and the gaps assessed, you can define a training path for each individual. Indeed, while the training courses may be identical and carried out by the same training organization, the expectations may be different.
It doesn't seem necessary to wait until you've completed all the training modules before starting your intrapreneurial journey. This should not be a prerequisite. On the contrary, training explorers as you go along, and providing them with training that responds to their current needs, will prove particularly effective. It may therefore be wise to build a training plan spread over several months.
