3. Analyze the gap between your employees' starting position and the level they need to reach

Once you've drawn up your list, you can proceed to assess the gap between your intrapreneurs' starting point and your prospects. Le suggests that you define your expectations for each of your employees, and assess the starting point for each one, as well as each skill retained, in the form of :

  • level 1: knows ;

  • level 2: practical ;

  • level 3: master.

You can then assess the most important gaps and focus on those that correspond to the most crucial skills in the course. Don't hesitate to personalize the training plan to suit your objectives. It can also be supplemented with skills other than those relevant to intrapreneurship. On the contrary, "masters" in various skills provide a richer overall team level.
