Your training objectives will of course need to be defined according to what your organization is looking for in an intrapreneurship program. The list below should be seen as a non-exhaustive guide. Some may choose to cover all the points with equal intensity. Others may choose only a few, with different intensities. Some of these objectives are highly focused on new business development, others on people development, and still others combine both aspects.
