5. Measuring satisfaction
It's important to ensure that training is useful and gives your intrapreneurs all the tools they need. To achieve this, there are a number of steps you can take.
A measure of overall satisfaction for each module, with a dual objective: firstly, for the training provider, so that he knows whether his offer meets the need, and secondly, for you, so that you can be sure that the provider has been appreciated for this module.
An individual measurement of the module: this will enable you to tailor the individual training path to each person. The module may have been understood by most participants, but may have left some unclear. It's important to identify the latter so that you can set up a specific action plan.
