3. Identify key knowledge and skills: the "Investigation Logbook" mode

The "Investigation Log" mode is a slightly different approach to the "Organized Creative" mode. It involves systematically answering a series of questions that will help identify the knowledge and skills that are available or required, and therefore the actions that need to be taken without delay.

The project group will therefore need to investigate the areas below, for which a few questions can help guide the discussion.

Business survey

  • What are the innovations, strategy, markets, and product lines of the organization or company leading the project?

  • What skills or partners are available within the organization's open innovation network?

  • What is its innovation policy?
