2. Identify key knowledge and skills: the "Organized Creative" mode

Once the initial idea for the innovation project has been defined, the project group must now develop its skills and knowledge in the various fields of expertise associated with the initial idea. We recommend two slightly different approaches to achieve the same result. These two approaches are also entirely complementary.

The "organized creative" mode involves using mind maps or heuristic maps to structure the group's thinking. A mind map allows ideas to be organized flexibly and quickly in the form of a tree structure around a central node. Various open source mind mapping software programs are available today. They are listed at the end of this sheet.
