5.1 Develop a co-innovation mindset

Many innovation projects take place in a multidisciplinary design context, often characterized by siloed operations (departments are compartmentalized and work only in client/supplier mode, without any real collaboration). In this scenario, each department develops its own conceptual solutions and does not explain the traceability of its reasoning to the other departments concerned, resulting in suboptimal outcomes.
