the offer or value proposition, for which customers and users, how it solves the customer's problem, with which value attributes and how it is positioned in the value chain of the business sector concerned;
processes or value architecture (production, sales, delivery, support, etc.), with their associated performance, characterizing the skills mobilized, and the use of subcontractors and partners;
revenue model and overall value equation, including profitability, investment needs and shareholder value creation.
