Business intelligence is a cross-functional area within a company, touching on many different professions and key corporate functions, such as information systems management.
The structuring of business intelligence must absolutely take into account the hierarchical and functional structure of a company at the start of the project.
Whatever the case, structuring business intelligence requires the choice of a conductor, a sponsor, capable of coordinating the various departments involved.
