1.1 Recruiting intrapreneurs

Generally, the intrapreneurial adventure will start with at least two people. One person will have a more business-oriented profile, while the other will be more of a technical leader.

To recruit future intrapreneurs within the organization, a technique such as job posting can represent an interesting solution. It allows candidates motivated by the entrepreneurial adventure to make themselves known. Another interesting method is "speed dating". Once the subject of exploration has been outlined, interested candidates declare themselves, explaining why they consider themselves to be the best for the position on offer.
