1. From the idea to the decision to devote yourself to it
You don't just wake up one morning and decide to become an intrapreneur. Few are even familiar with the term. However, they all share similar characteristics:
the desire to achieve something "off the beaten track"; for example, it could be a personal idea that seems to make more sense than the others;
the desire to give meaning, to take responsibility for participating in a "project" that is important to them;
the need to get away from a world that's too standardized, too "procedural".
But all these characteristics are not enough. You also need a trigger, the little spark that will bring about the decision to "go for it", to take the plunge. And here again, these triggers come in all shapes and sizes:
