4. Industrialize processes

Once the pivot(s) have passed, the adventure enters a new stage of maturity. Generally, confidence in the future is shared by the organization. It's time to start structuring and industrializing processes, so as to move effectively into the next phase of growth. This is a critical moment when :

• we need to hire to accommodate the many skills needed for growth;

• at the same time, we need to grow and increase sales.

Faced with this moment, which remains a major challenge for exploration, the intrapreneur will have to undergo a real transformation, changing his or her approach to move into structuring mode, and putting exploration to one side to pass through what many books describe as the "valley of death".
