3. Staying the course in a storm
The intrapreneur will have to weather many storms. There will be all those triggered by the classic course of his exploration, so many people will have to be convinced. The larger and more complex the structure, the greater the likelihood of encountering dark, charged clouds. And then, inevitably, there will be pivotal stop/go decisions. The intrapreneur will want to move fast, the financier doesn't have the same pressure, all the more so as he spends most of his time in a different operating world where time doesn't have the same meaning.
