6.1 Trust them

You're in luck, you have intrapreneurs in your organization. Take advantage of this and rather than creating frustrated people, turn them into explorers to reinvent your company. Trust them, they're not alone anyway, and their resources remain limited.

6.2 Stop the initiative, not the intrapreneur
