4. Accelerating initiatives

Once the incubation phase is over, it's time to put in place the organization, governance and structure that will enable the initiative to grow. The aim of the acceleration phase is to get the rocket off the ground!

Each case must therefore be studied in order to adapt the means to be implemented during this acceleration phase. To manage this acceleration phase, you may want to ask yourself the following questions.
