3. Incubate selected ideas

The next step is to incubate the selected ideas. To this end, we'll need to put together a team of explorers or intrapreneurs who will try to demonstrate that these ideas can form the basis of a sustainable business.

If the team is already fully constituted, the reader can proceed to the "Validate CVP" phase.

3.1 Building a team

To incubate, you need resources dedicated to the subject. It's advisable to bring at least two people together, as exploration is rarely a solitary exercise. What's more, an innovation is often the combination of a technology that creates a new customer need, or a latent customer need that a new technology makes it possible to fulfill.
