2. Understanding the starting point

Generally speaking, incubation is carried out within an appropriate organization, made up largely of coaches who will accompany the intrapreneurial teams so that they can progress smoothly through their exploration. These coaches, who have generally not been involved in the previous phases, need to get to grips with the issues at hand. It's important to give them time to do this.
