5.1 Create a social networking charter to protect strategic information
Today, every company is required to have a "charter for the use of social networks". This applies to Facebook and Twitter, but should also apply to LinkedIn. This charter should list the rules to be followed by all employees when publishing information on these platforms, and should be signed by every employee.
