5.1 Create a social networking charter to protect strategic information
Today, every company is required to have a "charter for the use of social networks". This applies to Facebook and Twitter, but should also apply to LinkedIn. This charter should list the rules to be followed by all employees when publishing information on these platforms, and should be signed by every employee. With regard to LinkedIn in particular, it is essential to limit the information that employees are allowed to list in their work experience, for example, never to mention a current project or talk about technology or strategic partners, etc.
