4. Distribute and update visualizations

Make sure that visualizations are accessible to decision-makers and stakeholders, and update them regularly to reflect developments in the crisis. Indeed, an operational crisis map that is not updated is useless, because the very nature of a crisis is that it is evolving. It is essential to keep these visualization tools up to date, and to input the data and information that reach the crisis center, so that the information sent by this nerve center is always up-to-date, relevant and credible, and enables well-argued decisions to be taken.

Visualizations can be shared via online platforms such as Google Drive, or with dedicated applications.

Regular updating of continuity plans is essential. Those involved in quality or ISO procedures naturally put them into practice.
