6.1 Don't neglect data quality

Incorrect or out-of-date data can lead to incorrect decisions. Make sure your data sources are reliable and up-to-date to guarantee reliable results. For example, updated telephone directories of people, storage locations for building keys, people in flood hazard zones, equipment for on-call technicians, automatic door logistics, command post supplies, electrical sources or batteries in the event of a power cut, directories of authorities (fire department, gas service, EDF, police, prefecture, media, town hall...).
