1. What's the use of a quality qanuel?

This is a fundamental question: why and for whom is such a document needed?

In order to reflect on its structure, the following diagram can be used:

• list the recipients of the quality manual ;

• for each recipient, ask yourself what information they need by reading your manual;

• draw up a summary of the needs identified and deduce the content of your quality manual (table of contents).
