5. Carefully read the draft received after the CoDERST meeting

In the weeks following the CoDERST meeting, a new draft AP is sent to you for your opinion. This draft, which will be the last one you can comment on, may differ from the first. It may or may not have taken into account :

  • all or part of your modification requests ;

  • comments from CoDERST members.

When reading it, you should pay particular attention to the differences between this draft AP and the one received before the CoDERST meeting, checking in particular whether :

  • any requests you may have made have been heard and taken into consideration;

  • new regulations have been introduced, and if so, whether they allow you to operate under the proposed conditions.
