In what cases can a draft prefectoral decree be sent to you?

• at the end of an ICPE application procedure, or following a request for information on changes to current authorization conditions;

• following an inspection by the ICPE inspector (e.g. after an accident likely to have consequences for the environment, or following complaints from neighbors);

• following a ministerial decree containing new requirements concerning the activities operated.

Are all ICPE projects submitted to the operator for review prior to notification?

Yes, by definition, because it's a project, whether it's an AP in response to a request for authorization from the operator, or a supplementary AP.
