4. Summarize apparent incompatibilities

Incompatibilities may arise between the requirements of the draft PA and :

• the proposed operating conditions ;

• information contained in the DAE file.

Please plan ahead:

• list incompatibilities (e.g. for effluents that are planned to be discharged into wastewater and that the project requires to be recovered as waste);

• identify discrepancies between the dossier and the draft AP (e.g. substances present in gaseous effluent discharges likely to be discharged at concentrations higher than those in the draft AP);

• check with your staff the possibility of modifying the operating conditions envisaged (e.g. overhead or underground storage of liquid products);...
