3. What are the elements to be taken into account?

This reading must be carried out with reference to :

  • The commitments and other information noted in your application for authorization to operate (DAE). These include, for example, the quantities of materials present on site, their storage conditions (underground or above ground) and processing (hot or cold), working hours (night or day), liquid and gaseous effluent discharge conditions (flow rates, concentrations, receiving environments), etc.

  • The regulatory texts applicable to your situation, giving priority to the nomenclature headings that concern you and to the AM and IT cited in the draft prefectoral decree. The requirements set out in these texts are imperative.
