3. Registration procedure

As the system is one of prior authorization by the prefect, the procedure involves the preparation of a file, its examination and the possible refusal of a registration order, in favor of a more stringent single environmental authorization procedure.

Like the single environmental authorization procedure, the registration procedure begins with the creation of a registration file, drawn up by the operator.
