 INTRODUCTION

This article is published as an appendix to the article It presents the risk assessment of a landfill site for the implementation of the simplified diagnosis described in paragraph 1 of this article. It groups together the various rating grids for the simplified assessment criteria, based on a scoring system ranging from 1 (maximum potential risk) to 5 (minimum potential risk).

The reliability of the information is also rated between 0 (certain information), 1 (probable information) and 2 (uncertain information).
