4. Construction principles and features
4.1 Frame
The framework is generally made using mechanized welding, and the dimensions of the structural elements generally meet FEM specifications. A bridge, or portal frame, is subject to two types of stress: vertical and horizontal.

Vertical loads
These are those due to the self-weight of the equipment elements and those due to the service load. For example, when calculating bridge girders, the cart will be placed in the middle of the span. For the calculation of the windchest, on the other hand, the cart will be placed in the extreme position near the tracks.
