The various possible movements of the device (figure 1 ) are as follows:
Translation: movement of the device along the Oz axis, i.e. in the direction of greatest displacement (of the building or storage area).
Direction: carriage movement along the Ox axis, i.e. perpendicular to the direction of the travel tracks.
Lifting: movement of the hook or lifting accessories along the Oy axis, i.e. in the vertical direction.
Note :these three movements along three orthogonal axes enable the hook or gripper to serve any point in the volume defined by the maximum travel of the various movements. To obtain certain load trajectories,...
