4. Conclusion

Superconducting technologies enable the creation of ultra-sensitive, broadband, and high-dynamic-range magnetic field detectors. However, to combine all of these performance characteristics within a single circuit, it is necessary not only to use Josephson junction arrays but also to configure them optimally, taking advantage of the specific properties of superconducting electrodes, such as magnetic field expulsion (Meissner effect). On the one hand, this allows for the optimal sizing of Josephson junction arrays, and on the other hand, for the uniform redistribution of the bias current within very large arrays. Regarding this last point, it remains to be verified whether this allows compliance with the scaling law for parallel Josephson junction arrays.
