 INTRODUCTION

As part of your QMS, you have defined quality objectives that are consistent with your quality policy and enable you to monitor the performance of each process.

Management's responsibility is "to ensure that objectives are set at the appropriate functions and levels of the organization" (cf. ISO 9001:2008 – Paragraph 5.4.1).

To do this, you need to rely on one of your organization's support functions, the Human Resources Department (HRD).

  • How can the HR department be involved in the deployment of quality objectives?

  • What type of quality objectives?

  • Which tool will you be able to use?

  • How do you monitor these quality objectives?
