2. Integrate quality objectives into individual interviews
Formal one-to-one interviews may differ from one company to another, taking on either an "appraisal" or a "career development" dimension. In either case, the question of objectives for the coming year is raised, and this is where the company's quality objectives can serve as a framework for defining individual objectives.
The appraisal interview will focus more on performance objectives, while the professional interview will focus more on evolution and development objectives.
