1. Involve HR and managers in the deployment of quality objectives

As part of your mission to deploy the quality approach within the company, the inclusion of quality objectives in the rituals of individual interviews is an opportunity to be seized.

All that remains to be done is to convince the HR function and the managers conducting the interviews of the merits of this initiative, and provide them with the means to put it into practice.

Logically, convincing your interlocutors should not be difficult, as your company's quality management system (QMS), quality policy and associated objectives are aligned with the company's strategy, giving them an indisputable value and level of importance.
