Without limiting itself to the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, the structure of a quality policy can be inspired by it, so that its content provides answers to the following questions:

• In what way are the company's quality approach and policy appropriate to its purpose and context?

• How does the company's quality approach and policy support its strategic direction?

• What framework does the quality policy provide for setting quality objectives?

• What applicable requirements are we committed to meeting?

• How do we communicate internally and apply our quality policy and approach?

• How to express commitment to continuous improvement of the QMS?
