7.1 Don't adopt an overly abstract or general quality policy
Be realistic! An over-ambitious quality policy, with unattainable or unshared objectives, is not credible either for the company's employees or for your customers. In such cases, the risks of difficulty in mobilizing teams, or of discrediting the entire quality approach, are accentuated.
