4. Follow the action plan
Action plan follow-up takes place at several levels.
First of all, for operational monitoring purposes, it's useful to be able to track the progress of each action. To do this, you'll need to enter a progress report, i.e. a summary of the main stages (date - summary). For more complex actions, a project management approach is more appropriate. In the action plan, you will track only the "macro milestones", while the project manager will monitor the project using conventional project management tools.
Action plan follow-up often involves updating deadlines. In this case, it's a good idea to keep the information relating to the first deadline announced, the "planned deadline", and to provide for the possibility of entering a "revised deadline".
