1. Mobilize the right people

The content of the audit report you've just received shouldn't come as a surprise, since you were given the conclusions at the closing meeting (see Closing the on-site audit [FIC 0380] ).

The first challenge is to mobilize the "right" people to find the "right" actions and implement them. As a result, the quality manager is not necessarily in the best position to identify and implement the appropriate actions.
