4. Our advice
4.1 Limit the number of Level 1 processes
The number of processes varies from company to company, of course. If we stick to the three-level tree structure, we can consider the following orders of magnitude:
level 1: up to 15 or 20 processes ;
level 2: 1 to 5 level 2 processes for each level 1 process;
level 3: from 0 to 10 level 3 processes for each level 2 process.
It is customary to appoint a process driver for each process, supported by one or more co-drivers, as appropriate.
