6.1 Don't deal with non-conformities and hotspots without investigating their causes
Dealing with the non-conformities highlighted in the audit report requires a search for causes, so that corrective action can be taken. Initially, the implementation of immediate corrective actions can "put right" the non-conforming situation, but this is not enough.
When it comes to pain points, which generally concern a specific element that doesn't call into question the relevance of the system in place, you need to take a step back to see if it might not apply more broadly to your organizational system.
